Hospedería San Froilán offers, during the academic year, long-stay accommodation services for university students in Lugo.
We are located a few meters from the bus station of Lugo, 400 meters from the Faculty of Teacher Training of the USC and the IES Nosa Señora dos Ollos Grandes. Also, 15 minutes by bus from the rest of the USC Campus in Lugo, where the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and the Faculty of Science, among others, are located.
The Student Housing has 24 beds, all in single rooms, with private bathroom, television and study table.
Our lodging service offers free access to laundry facilities and a kitchen-dining area, where each guest can prepare their own meals, in addition to having storage space in the refrigerator, freezer and locker.
Cleaning will be weekly, where bed linen and towels will be changed.

Each of our residents will have a unique access code to be able to enter and leave the guest house without any established schedule, always respecting the rest of the rest of the housemates.
Knowing that every day the tastes of people are more different, we have chosen to offer a kitchen-dining room, where each resident can cook their own food. To do so, the only thing that the guest will have to bring will be the kitchen utensils, such as frying pan, saucepan, etc. Hospedería San Froilán offers crockery, cutlery and glassware.
Rates and Reservation
Breakfast can be included in all our rates for 40€/month.
The prices per full month, depending on the length of stay are:
- 450/month – Stays longer than 6 months
- 495€/month – Stays from 4 to 6 months.
- 545€/month – Stays of less than 4 months
Reservation policies
RESERVATION: To make a reservation, you must fill out a form that will be provided by the Hospedería San Froilán and send it together with the bank transfer receipt for the amount of the contracted rate. That is, for a reservation of more than 6 months, the reservation amount will be 450 €.
CANCELLATION: The reservation of a place can be cancelled free of charge until August 1st of the year in which the course starts. In case of late cancellation, there will be a cancellation fee of 200 €. Once the course has started, the cancellation fee will be 1 month’s fee.
